Of course! To start the project you have a first payment which is a non-refundable deposit and is required to save your spot in my schedule. Then, the rest of the payments will be spread out equally throughout the project. We accept PayPal or Stripe with an additional 5% fee and bank deposits or wire transfers. The amounts are plus VAT if a legal invoice is required and only bank transfers are accepted.

Do you have Payment Plans?

Yes, not all projects end up needing these additional costs but I prefer you know about them from the beginning. If you need a recommendation on any of them, feel free to ask me:

- Desktop or web font licensing (if applicable, you will need to purchase the licenses under your own name
- Domain or website subscription fee
- Stock imagery or photography licensing
- Copywriting
- Shopify/Squarespace subscriptions
- Printing or vendor costs
- Website templates (Shopify)
- Website plugins or apps
- Web changes or code & development

Are there any additional costs not included in the offerings pricing?

We allow up to 2 rounds of revisions on branding concepts, and website mockups, which will be outlined in your project timeline on the Portal. If you want to add more revisions, there will be an additional charge added to your final bill for each extra round. 
The cost will depend on the time and effort required to complete the extra revisions and a custom quote will be provided if this is something you need.

How do you manage revisions and changes?

The client portal is where we will manage the entire project, from start to finish. I use the free app Notion. You'll need to create an account and accept the invite to the portal. Keep in mind that we will use this portal as the main tool to manage the project and our communication as well. This way we will avoid information getting lost in long emails. If at any time you need to book a call because the portal is not enough, you can always do it.

How our communication will be throughout the project?

There will be due dates throughout the entire process for me to present the concept, mockups, etc., and for you to give me feedback on those deliverables. I allow 2-3 days for you to give me feedback or until we can schedule a call to go over things together. If you don't provide the feedback within those due dates, I'll give you a one week window to response. If this doesn't happen, I'll pause the project until that and the timeline will move and reschedule. If you don't do the payments on the due date as well, I'll give the same amount of time, if this doesn't happens, I'll pause the project and renew it when the payment is made.

What happens if the project or the payments get delayed?
