I’m a designer based in México, dedicated to crafting meaningful, heart-led, and custom projects for business owners who dream endlessly.
For as long as I can remember I have always liked to challenge myself creatively, from painting and drawing with crayons to the moment I realized design owned my heart. I was always the girl who wanted to select her own clothes with little dots or flowers on them, her own pencils, and her backpack for the new school year. My eyes have always been drawn to color and artistic things.
I now translate all those skills into my projects and my approach to the fact that every detail holds a story and meaning when is created with intention and tailored to each dream brand.

A quick questionnaire to get to know you and your brand, which service you need, how you find out about me, etc. I’ll go through your form answers personally, and if I think we’re a good match, and my schedule is available, I’ll send you my pricing guide. This one includes a base price for each offer and details you need to know before working with me, then it will prompt you to book a free introductory call. In this call, we’d go through all of the ideas you’ve in mind, explain my process, answer your questions, and officially meet! Then I’ll send you a custom proposal that suits your needs and budget.

Once you agree on the proposal, make the downpayment, and sign the contract, we’ll be ready to start collaborating! We can have a discovery kick-off call or fill out the questionnaire to set the foundations of your brand. With that, we now have everything we need to start ideating and get inspired by what you envision for the brand/website. I’ll craft a Creative Direction presentation where we establish your goals, vision, statement, industry, and audience and land on the inspiration for color, fonts, and mood board.

Now that this foundation is established and we have agreed on the direction we’re taking, I’ll start sketching, creating, refining, and designing a Full One Concept proposal, and will present it to you with an in-depth document where I outline all the design decisions I took behind the concept and you’ll be granted up to 2 rounds of revisions on that very concept. In a website project or phase when working on both, it is mostly the same process but with a Web Direction file and a Homepage mockup + 2 key pages and then refine, and design live at the platform we previously chose.

Reaching the final chapter of the project, I’ll be setting you up for success with a well-designed and strategic established brand, with its easy-to-navigate, stunning digital home, and last but not least, supporting launch graphics, and mockups to announce your launch day and show your new dream brand & website to the world + Brand Guidelines file, brand assets, marketing graphics, and walkthrough videos to edit your site in the future!

THE PROCESS
Of course! To start the project you have a first payment which is a non-refundable deposit and is required to save your spot in my schedule. Then, the rest of the payments will be spread out equally throughout the project. We accept PayPal or Stripe with an additional 5% fee and bank deposits or wire transfers. The amounts are plus VAT if a legal invoice is required and only bank transfers are accepted.
Do you have Payment Plans?

Yes, not all projects end up needing these additional costs but I prefer you know about them from the beginning. If you need a recommendation on any of them, feel free to ask me:
- Desktop or web font licensing (if applicable, you will need to purchase the licenses under your own name
- Domain or website subscription fee
- Stock imagery or photography licensing
- Copywriting
- Shopify/Squarespace subscriptions
- Printing or vendor costs
- Website templates (Shopify)
- Website plugins or apps
- Web changes or modifications that require HMTL code and development
Are there any additional costs not included in the offerings pricing?

We allow up to 2 rounds of revisions on branding concepts, and website mockups, which will be outlined in your project timeline on the Portal. If you want to add more revisions, there will be an additional charge added to your final bill for each extra round.
The cost will depend on the time and effort required to complete the extra revisions and a custom quote will be provided if this is something you need.
How do you manage revisions and changes?

The client portal is where we will manage the entire project, from start to finish. I use the free app Notion. You'll need to create an account and accept the invite to the portal. Keep in mind that we will use this portal as the main tool to manage the project and our communication as well. This way we will avoid information getting lost in long emails. If at any time you need to book a call because the portal is not enough, you can always do it.
How our communication will be throughout the project?

There will be due dates throughout the entire process for me to present the concept, mockups, etc., and for you to give me feedback on those deliverables. I allow 2-3 days for you to give me feedback or until we can schedule a call to go over things together. If you don't provide the feedback within those due dates, I'll give you a window of one week to hear back again from you. If this doesn't happen, I'll pause the project until I get your response and the timeline will move and I'll have to reschedule with the other projects I have at the time in mind. If you don't make the payments on the due dates as well, I'll give the same time for you to make it, or to hear from you, if this doesn't happens, I'll pause the project and renew it when the payment is made.
